Profile: Travel Customer Service Agent

Salary: Up to 40k

Location: Dwarka sec 11

Shift: Night/US Shift

Working Days: 5 days with 2 Rotational offs

Experience: Min 2+ year exp in US Flight Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process glight booking and sales inquiries. Utilize GDS (Amadeous & Sabre) to facilitate and manage reservation. Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries effectively. Achieves assigned target and contribute to overall success of the team.
Requirements:

Min 2+ year of experience in US Flight. Proficiency in GDS system. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must come from US Flight sales background. Immediate joiners preffered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
