Job Title: US Customer Support Executive
Location: Vijay Nagar, Mangal City Mall, 1st Floor office No. 160, Above McDonald's, Indore
Shift Timing: Night Shift, 8 PM to 5 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance.
- Resolve customer issues by providing effective solutions and alternatives.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay informed about company products and policies to deliver accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus.
Shift:
- Night Shift: 8 PM to 5 AM
