  • Must have expertise in US Logistics (Mandatory skill) and US Customer Service (Mandatory skill) for efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Exemplary communication skills to handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems to manage customer interactions and streamline processes efficiently.
  • Familiarity with UK Logistics, enhancing the ability to provide comprehensive support to clients.
  • Skilled in multitasking and able to manage multiple customer issues simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to offer quick and efficient solutions to client issues.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new challenges and situations.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to US-based clients, addressing their needs and queries effectively.
