Highway, Ahmedabad - 380015Job Summary: The Audit Senior will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive audit plans, leading audit teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role involves identifying risks, evaluating control weaknesses, and providing actionable recommendations to improve operations and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Audit Plans:

• Design and execute audit plans and strategies to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Tailor audit approaches to address specific business risks and objectives.

• Lead and Manage Audit Teams:

• Direct and oversee the activities of audit teams to ensure audits are completed on schedule and meet objectives.

• Provide clear guidance and support to audit staff to enhance performance and development.

• Risk Assessment and Control Evaluation:

• Identify and assess potential risks and control weaknesses within various business processes.

• Develop practical recommendations to mitigate identified risks and enhance control mechanisms.

• Audit Findings and Reporting:

• Review and evaluate audit findings to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Prepare detailed and comprehensive audit reports for presentation to senior management.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of audit issues.
