Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading Recruitment Consultancy.Our client company provides Accounting Bookkeeping, Medical Billing, Audio Visual, IT outsourcing services to small businesses across the USARole: US Accounts Officer (Intacct ERP)Industry: KPO/ US AccountingYears of experience:- 1-3 yearsTimings: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PMOffice Location: AhmedabadCTC: 40-60k per monthPosition description: Responsible for Overall Accounting transactional activities, Monthly review of accounts & to complete assigned work, meet deadlines.Primary Responsibilities:

• Vendor Bills Processing
• Vendor Statement Reconciliation
• Bank Entries and Reconciliation
• Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation
• Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries
• Preparation of customer invoices and mailing
• AR and Revenue Reconciliation, accounts payable
• Updating Document Checklist, Document Library and Client Reports
• Sales Tax calculation and filing
• Payroll Reconciliation
• Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month end adjustments
• Internal communication for routine queries and questions
• Review and preparation of financial statements
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Sage Intacct or any other ERP
