Key Responsibilities:
• Meeting recruitment targets effectively.
• Source resumes through various channels and platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Coordinating with channel partners
• Prepare comprehensive reports and MIS activities.
• Participating in campus recruitment events.
• Occasional travel required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview scheduling.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to take on challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
