1.Hostel Warden

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Discipline:
• Enforce hostel rules and regulations.
• Address disciplinary issues and conflicts among residents.
• Conduct regular room inspections and maintain order.
• Safety and Security:
• Ensure the safety and security of all residents.
• Monitor and manage entry and exit points.
• Coordinate with security personnel and handle emergencies.
• Facility Management:
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of hostel premises.
• Manage hostel inventory and supplies.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and upkeep.
• Resident Support:
• Provide guidance and support to residents.
• Address residents' grievances and concerns.
• Foster a positive and inclusive hostel environment.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of residents.
• Handle admissions and allocate rooms.
• Prepare and submit reports to the administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with on-call responsibilities.
• Residence within the hostel premises is often required.

2.Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Management:
• Oversee daily administrative operations of the hostel.
• Maintain records of residents, including admissions and departures.
• Handle correspondence and communications related to hostel administration.
• Procurement and Inventory Management:
• Manage the procurement of goods and services for the hostel.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms.
• Sales and Purchase:
• Oversee sales transactions related to hostel services and amenities.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment processes.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and financial policies.
• Resident Support:
• Provide assistance and support to hostel residents.
• Address residents' grievances and resolve issues promptly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment within the hostel.
• Facility Management:
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of hostel facilities.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and improvements.
• Monitor and manage the hostel's security and safety measures.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and submit regular reports on hostel operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative and financial records.
• Ensure compliance with hostel policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, sales, and purchase.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.

3.Marketing Interns

Stipend Rs.5000/-

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Assist in managing social media accounts.
• Create and schedule posts.
• Engage with followers and monitor social media metrics.
• Content Creation:
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as blogs, newsletters, and infographics.
• Assist in developing content for websites and social media platforms.
• Market Research:
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors.
• Gather and analyze data to support marketing strategies.
• Campaign Coordination:
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance.
• Administrative Support:

Qualifications:
