Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Job Location: GurgaonLook for people sitting in H.O (No Site employees).Responsibilities:
- Proper management and safeguarding of documentation operating procedures, manuals, engineering/technical reports, correspondence, and project management files generated by the project team, contractors and suppliers.
- Coordination with Clients, Contractors, Suppliers and Internal Teams Finance, Compliance, HR and PM On-site team and Management for processing and/or approval of documents as per the set processes
- Enable to quickly retrieve any documents to support day-to-day operation
- Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing various control methods/systems
- Prepare, operate and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Company\'s Document Management System.
- Ensure proper document control support is given to each project.
- Produce and maintain Document Progress Reports to Management.
- Ensure all documentation and templates provided conform to the Company standard.
- Create project wise document control and correspondence folders.
- Work in co-operation with the Project Manager to ensure project progress status integration.
