We're seeking a skilled Business Development Executive (Online Bidders) with prior experience in the software or web development industry, ready to make an impact during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, and Guru.
• Compose proposals, interact with clients, bid on projects, follow up, and negotiate agreements.
• Develop and nurture new business relationships to foster growth.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives with a strong drive to succeed.
• Handle client communications effectively and work collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in online bidding for software/web development (3 months to 2 years in IT BDE).
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Prior experience with client interactions and negotiation.
• An established bidding history or prior connections is an advantage.
