Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
• Identify and research potential franchise partners through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads.
Outbound and Inbound Sales Calls
• Make outbound calls to potential franchisees, introducing them to the franchise opportunity and gauging their interest.
• Respond to inbound inquiries, addressing potential franchisees' questions, and providing relevant information on franchise benefits, requirements, and processes.
Sales Presentations and Information Sharing
• Provide a detailed overview of the company's franchise model, benefits, investment requirements, and support provided.
• Use persuasive communication and active listening skills to build rapport and understand the prospect's needs and interests.
Record-Keeping and Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress with prospects using the company's CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on sales targets, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.
Key Requirements
• Experience : Minimum 1-2 years in telesales, outbound sales, or customer service, preferably within a franchise, real estate, or retail industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
