Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB (KRA)Assist in drafting /reviewing all the legal documentation involved in trusteeship/financing/borrowing transactions/ Fund

• Attend meetings with lawyers/legal teams of clients/investors/lenders whenever required
• Assist in structuring /give inputs in transaction structuring if required
• Liaison for document executions with all parties, review and execute documents wherever required
• Client meetings /attend consortium meetings of lenders
• Liaison with Regulator for representing the company
• Handle default related cases, litigation (liaison with appointed legal counsel), enforcement of security etc
• Conduct meetings of debenture holders and prepare minutes, initiate action as per decisions
• NCLT, civil courts, 138 /NI Act cases, and other similar litigations pertaining to NCD/loan transactions
• Ensure compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements
• Supervise operations team for debenture transactions and guide on legal matters

Designation: Sr Manger/AVP
Gender Preference: Preferably Male
Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (9 hours mandatory)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Salary: upto xe2x82xb9 10PA (inclusive of PF, gratuity, and insurance)
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience
Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Hands-on experience with legal documentation and litigation

• Coordination with clients, law firms, investors , related stakeholders

Preferred Background: Candidates from NBFCs, trustee firms, or banks
