We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive sales in the Agency Channel.
This role involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents, ensuring they meet individual and team sales targets while expanding our market presence.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and support a network of agents, enhancing their product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets for both individual agents and the team as a whole.
• Identify growth opportunities within the region, drive business development efforts, and expand the customer base.
• Lead and motivate agents, providing guidance and support to achieve high productivity and sales performance.
• Track and report on sales performance, analyzing data to adjust strategies for optimal results.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
