We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment and Development Manager to lead recruitment and development efforts for the agency channel.
The role involves recruiting high-performing agents, providing training and support, and driving business growth by achieving sales targets.
Jobs Responsibilities:
• Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance team to expand the company's distribution network.
• Training & Development: Provide regular training to agents to enhance their knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques.
• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate agent performance, offering coaching and support to improve results.
• Business Development: Drive sales through agents by developing strategies and ensuring target achievement.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Compliance: Ensure that all activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
