Responsibilities
• Engage with potential leads through phone calls and emails.
• Provide detailed information about franchise sales processes.
• Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and outcomes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in telesales or academic counseling.
• Strong understanding of higher education programs and admission processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with prospective students.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
