Urgently Hiring Branch Sales Executive
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Branch Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the Agency Vertical. In this role, you will support the branch in recruiting agents, promoting insurance products, and achieving sales targets.
Jobs Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding insurance agents to expand the branch's sales network.
• Provide agents with product training and sales support to help them achieve targets.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into successful sales.
• Collaborate with agents to achieve individual and branch-level sales goals.
• Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service.
• Track and report on sales activities and outcomes to branch leadership.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance standards in all sales processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
