Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch vehicles/drivers based on customer requirements and delivery timelines. Monitor real-time fleet movement and ensure adherence to planned routes and schedules. Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams for order readiness. Communicate dispatch information to drivers, including delivery instructions, routes, and special handling requirements. Track and report delivery status to customers and handle inquiries or issues that arise. Maintain accurate records of dispatch times, delivery updates, and driver logs. Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations. Optimize route planning for cost-effective and timely deliveries. Manage emergency situations such as delays, breakdowns, or traffic issues. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch performance and KPIs
