As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling IT solutions and services to prospective clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and managing the sales process from beginning to end.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
• Research and understand the prospective client's business needs and challenges.
Sales and Negotiation:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Present and demonstrate IT solutions to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets.
Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and recommending appropriate solutions.
Market Intelligence:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and market trends.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the technical team and other departments to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral and campaigns.
Requirements:
Min 1 Year experience in relevant field
Proven experience as an IT Sales Executive or relevant role in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build report and establish long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
