Commercial function 1. Handling customer RFQs. This would involve interacting with customers to know their needs and wants 2. Providing updates to customers as per internal metrics 3. Quote preparation using SAP B1 4. Drafting Business Letters and emails 5. Query tracker maintenance using CRM 6. Payment follow-up 7. Statutory documents follow-up. 8. Coordination with Head office for sorting out commercial matters 9. Office administration limited to few specific areas. Requirements 1. Commerce or Science Graduate 2. Minimum industrial experience of five years in any of the following domains a. Commercial / Accounting / Customer support 3. Superior verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of local language (Tamil) is mandatory 4. Very good interpersonal skills since the employee are expected to routinely engage with external clients and internal team members 5. Knowledge of Computers and proficiency in use of MS Office including Excel and Outlook is a key requirement for the job 6. CTC will be commensurate with experience and skill level of the candidate. CTC will consist of a fixed base salary and few variable components that are linked to performance.
