Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate ANM/GNM nursing freshers / Experienced to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Generating/Attending new leads from hospital post-surgery.

Reaching their targets of dressing new ostomy patients.

Educate patients and their families about the ostomy procedure, stoma care and pouching systems.

Understanding the body profile & educating the patient about the ostomy products.

Ensure proper wound healing at the stoma site and provide care as needed.

Advise patients on dietary choices to maintain regular function and prevent digestive issues and guide them back to the surgeon if needed.

Work collaboratively with surgeons, physicians, wound care specialists, and other healthcare team members.

Collecting & maintaining accurate data and ensuring targets of ostomy dressings to get incentives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

ANM or GNM Nursing from a recognized institute.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Basic knowledge of healthcare and medical procedures.
