Responsibilities:\xef\x82\xb7 Delivering an excellent customer service experience on a consistent basis.\xef\x82\xb7 Addressing customer concerns in a diplomatic manner, striving for resolution and providing feedback to the Store Manager for the improvement of the process.\xef\x82\xb7 Execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets as defined by management, driving business growth and market expansion.\xef\x82\xb7 Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life.\xef\x82\xb7 Generating management reports to track performance and contribute to merchandising plans.\xef\x82\xb7 Executing store opening and closing protocols efficiently.\xef\x82\xb7 Leading the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.\xef\x82\xb7 Managing e-commerce order fulfillment.
