Job Description

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures and interactive discussions on various topics in political science.

• Develop and implement an engaging curriculum that covers the fundamentals of political science and meets the standards of the education institution.

• Evaluate and grade students class work, assignments, and papers.

• Guide students research projects and mentor them in their studies.

• Stay current with the latest trends, theories, and developments in political science and integrate them into the curriculum.

• Encourage students to think critically about political systems, policies, and current events.

Requirements

• A bachelors or masters degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field.

• Previous teaching experience is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

• Current and valid teaching license.

• Knowledge of different learning styles and teaching methods.
