The Report Processing Specialist is responsible for client reports deliverables as per client subscription and frequency.The position is for a Report Processing Specialist, who would work in Baroda / Mumbai / Delhi Nielsen Commercial Offices. The job gives an individual a good opportunity to understand the RMS Research industry.Responsibilities

• As an owner of the client report deliveries, you need to co-ordinate well with Report Liaison and GCD teams for queries, leading the resolution in a client focused and timely manner in cooperation with RL / GCD teams.
• Should be able to handle query independently and process the error-free reports on time.
• Plan and execute a complex daily personal workload and support to meet departmental and company schedules.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to respective RL / Delivery Leads, driving SOP and use of best demonstrated practices.
• Ensuring timely delivery to GCD team expectations and satisfaction. Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues.

• BSc. in Comp. Science / BCA / GNIIT / MBA IT / MCA] / B.Com / B.Sc. in a Non comp-science field)
• Experience or knowledge of report generation using BI tools or knowledge of Advisor/Nielsen Answers is a plus
• Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in a team and meet deadlines
• A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail
• Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes
• Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency
