Job Description
Role: IT System Engineer
Location: Andheri East, MumbaiJob Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the
- Any graduation + Hardware & Networking Certification
- Installation & Troubleshooting of Operating systems like Windows, Max & Productivity software
- Computer hardware troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of computer networks and configuration, addressing (Static & Dynamic) and
- Working knowledge of:
BIOS operations & BIOS upgrades
Google Apps, Office 365, Email clients like Outlook, Thunderbird etc
Active Directory & domains
Anti-virus software, encryption software
- Read & Speak English & Hindi, with communication skills to respond to end users
- Polite & courteous towards fellow team members and end users
