\xef\x82\xb7 Conducting interviews: Use a variety of methods to interview candidates and assess their skills, experience, and knowledge
\xef\x82\xb7 Completing paperwork: Handle the paperwork for new hires
\xef\x82\xb7 Providing reports: Create recruitment reports for team managers
\xef\x82\xb7 Building relationships: Build relationships with hiring managers and stay up-to-date on industry trends
\xef\x82\xb7 Managing Training & Internship programs: Oversee internship programs
\xef\x82\xb7 Promoting the company: Promote the company as an attractive place to workJob Responsibility:

\xef\x83\xbc Maintaining & Updating the Employee Files and Employee information, Preparing Employee Certificates, etc.1. Educational Qualification: (MBA- HR FUNCTIONAL) OR Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience:
