Up-to-date on Product Knowledge Distribution(Placement)
Responsible for covering designated set of Super/Distributor within their defined geography and develop & maintain productive long term relationships with them - Responsible for adding new distributors and super, thereby increasing reach and increasing business thereby increasing depth
Maintain and expand Customers (outlets) within your assigned Area.
Super/Distributor Service and Inventory Management
Help the Marketing Team in executing different marketing initiatives
Build and manage relationships with retailer and Whole sale
Evaluate customersxe2x80x99 needs and build productive long lasting relationships
Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
Give Proper training to field on and off the field Process
Report and provide feedback to MD
Handling customer as well as identifying and resolving their concerns.
