Job Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Lead - Sales to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide product information.
  • Sales Negotiation: \xc2\xb7 Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements. Handle objections and reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: \xc2\xb7 Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Market Research: \xc2\xb7 Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: \xc2\xb7 Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management. Provide insights into sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • CRM Management: \xc2\xb7 Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
  • Collaboration with Team: \xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve overall company objectives.
  • Qualifications and Skills: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Sales Team Lead or in a similar sales role. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate joiners from nearby locations will be highly preferred
  • Candidates from Food Industry & shipping line will be preferred Sales Team Leader
  • Team handling experience is must for all the profiles
  • Male candidates are preferred for all the profiles
