Role & responsibilities:


1.Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.


2.Establishing effective project plans and ensuring their implementation and execution as per


in accordance with approved drawings within the definition of project scope and goals,


effective communicating with colleagues/ project managers to keep the project aligned with


their goals


3.Serving as a single point of contact for multiple team units, making effective project related


decisions, achieving project schedules and targets, recommends information technology


strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying


problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.


4.Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects with smart


prioritization, and devise mitigation strategies, maintains organization s effectiveness and


efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing.


5.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and mitigate risks., Preparing status


reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.


6.Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on


schedule and budget.


7.Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as


needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the


clients.


8.Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period, obtaining customer


acceptance of project deliverables, Identifying and developing new opportunities with


clients.


9.To monitor budget of the project and responsible for payment receivable from the client







Candidate Profile:


1.Diploma / Bachelor??s Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical or Automation) or


equivalent


2.5-7 years of relevant professional work experience with at least 3 years of experience in


project management


Experience 5 - 7 Years


Salary 3 Lac 50 Thousand To 8 Lac P.A.
