- Manage the full recruitment cycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
- Develop Local talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Supervise regional HR personnel.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Continuously identify, through managers, the training needs and mapping it to the relevant day of a subsequent batch when that chapter is going to be covered.
- Maintain a performance tracker in various evaluations (verbal or written) during training.
- Training coordination of field and regional HR.
- Daily attendance and calls.
- Expenses (per diem and others). Allow or reject as per policies.
- Document the monthly target taken by the area heads and monitor their performance against the target.
- Identify the star performers.
- Execution of New Initiatives.
- Best industry practices on monitoring and control of field sales.
- Maintain and Manage the Data and MIS on real time.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Monitoring, executing, and adhering to the instructions as per the NABL guidelines and labor law guidelines.
- Lab visits, overseeing and monitoring smooth functioning of the lab, employee grievances, and feedback.
