b. Develop design concepts based on brand guidelines, target audience, and campaign objectives.
c. Roll out template assets with minor modifications.
d. Adapt and modify existing designs in a variety of mediums - digital, packaging, print.
e. Assist in photography + video production and editing.
f. Assist in UX/UI design for websites and apps.
g. Stay up-to-date on current design trends and best practices especially within the food industry.
h. Stay up-to-date on current software programs, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.2. Team Collaboration:a. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective
design solutions.
b. Present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback
effectively.
c. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

I. Qualificationa. Tertiary qualification or degree in Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.II. Experience:
a. 2-4 years agency or in-house design experience.
b. A strong and varied design portfolio.
c. Excellent understanding of creative principals, branding & content creation.
d. Optional: Experience in related verticals such as social media, web design or development.III. Knowledge & Skills:a. Extensive knowledge in design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud).
b. Excellent ability to pay attention to detail.
