Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or post-graduates who are eager to start their career in sales and business development .

As a Sales & BD Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by reaching out to potential clients via cold emails , cold calls , and by bidding on various online platforms such as Upwork , Fiverr , and Freelancer .

This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, persistence, and a proactive approach to building relationships and generating sales. If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and business development, we want to invite you for a walk in interview (Refer to details below)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Outreach (Cold Emails & Cold Calls)

• Identify potential leads and initiate contact through cold emails and cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Pitch company services effectively, demonstrating how our offerings meet client needs and solve their challenges.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up process with leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets and report progress to the team.

2. Bidding on Online Platforms

• Search for relevant projects on Upwork , Fiverr , Freelancer , and other bidding platforms, identifying opportunities aligned with our companys services.
• Create tailored, persuasive proposals for each client, showcasing how our solutions can meet their specific requirements and provide value.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to secure contracts with potential clients.
• Monitor the success rate of bids and refine strategies to improve the chances of winning projects.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and offering personalized solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the sales process to ensure their needs are met and to build trust.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met during project execution.

4. Market Research & Lead Generation

• Conduct basic market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
• Identify new opportunities within your targeted market and develop strategies to approach potential clients.
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, social media, and databases to generate new leads and increase the sales pipeline.

5. Sales Reporting & Target Achievement

• Meet or exceed set sales targets for lead generation, client acquisition, and project wins through both outreach and online bidding.
• Regularly report on progress, challenges, and successes to the team.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduates or Post-Graduates with a strong interest in sales and business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and pitch services.
• Ability to be persistent and resilient , especially during cold outreach and bidding processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with online bidding platforms such as Upwork , Fiverr , and Freelancer is a plus, but not required.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the role.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts (candidates with a specialization in Sales & Marketing are preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (candidates with a degree or certification in these areas will be given preference).
• Previous internship or part-time experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus, but not mandatory.

Location - Rajarhat, Kolkata

Mode of Job - Work from Office

Shift - Rotational Shift (Day / Night)

Remuneration - 15 K per month take home

•This is a contractual opportunity for a period of 6 months. Based on performance, candidates will be considered for full-time employment

The salary will be revised upon transition to full-time employment. Provident Fund (PF) and other statutory benefits will be provided at that time.
