About You
As an experienced Flutter developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining larger and more complex mobile applications using the framework Flutter for our enterprise customers worlwide. You are responsible for creating smart and easy maintainable code. You will drive your work with speed and efficiency to deliver the highest quality. You will make the impossible possible!What do you need to bring?3+ years of proven experience in the cross-platform the framework Flutter.
5+ years of proven experience in total in any mobile App development technology.
Strong understanding of patterns for Flutter such as Bloc, Provider.
Good knowledge about general mobile architectural patterns such as MVVM and repository pattern.
Strong knowledge in the programming language Dart.
Good knowledge about Software principles like SOLID and Clean Code.
Strong troubleshooting experience to analyze and resolve quickly and persistently.
Very strong analytical and conceptual skills to design complex technical solutions.
Proactive nature with a proven UX understanding of mobile apps.
Strong teamwork skills in building, implementing, and maintaining large digital products across cross-disciplinary roles.
Highly motivated to achieve results in own responsibility from scratch to the highest satisfaction.
Sharing knowledge with others and help others to grow is a matter of course for you.
Very good English skills in written and spoken.A day in the life of our Flutter Developer
Delivering a complete, functioning and high-end code following clear software development processes and practices.
You will be responsible for your tech stack in projects and lead all components, from concept, design, code, testing, integration, deployment, monitoring, enhancements, etc.
Deploy high performant Android and iOS Apps.
Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions automatically.
Coordinating and communicating with other project team members to design the best solution for our end-customers.
Contribute pro-active towards the project goal and dont hesitate to escalate a topic if it goes in the wrong direction.
Work closely together with quality engineers to ensure continuously the product quality and performance.
Mentor less experienced family members and contribute actively to our company foundation and Flutter community.
