Job Description

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist with a strong background in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO optimization. The ideal candidate will be up-to-date with Google's latest trends and algorithms, with proven expertise in increasing website rankings on Google. This is a full-time, in-office role with opportunities to handle projects independently and work with international clients.

Key Responsibilities :

SEO Strategy & Implementation:

• Conduct in-depth website analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement comprehensive On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies.
• Execute content optimization and keyword strategies to enhance organic rankings.
• Implement search engine optimization recommendations to boost visibility.

Link Building & Outreach:

• Lead blogger outreach campaigns and establish quality backlinks.
• Formulate and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

Local SEO & Analytics:

• Perform local SEO optimization to improve regional visibility.
• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using Google Analytics.
• Adjust strategies based on performance data to enhance SEO outcomes.

Project Management:

• Handle SEO projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with the internal team on strategy development, timelines, and results tracking.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement :

• Monitor Google ranking behavior and adjust strategies to align with algorithm changes.
• Prepare regular reports on SEO performance and provide actionable insights.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO (On-Page & Off-Page).
• Proven expertise in managing successful blogger outreach campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
• Experience in handling local SEO campaigns.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
• Strong communication skills.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Alternate Saturdays: 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Work Type: Full-time, Permanent (On-site)

Compensation :

Salary Range: ?15,000 - ?30,000 per month (Based on experience)
