  • Maintain data confidentiality and security.
  • Document Handling and Filing:
  • Assist in managing company documents, both physical and electronic.
  • Ensure that files are systematically categorized and easily retrievable.
  • Review and prepare documents for meetings, reports, and presentations.
  • Customer Support Assistance:
  • Support front-office teams in responding to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback, issues, and concerns for analysis.
  • Maintain customer-related records in compliance with company standards.
  • Order Processing:
  • Handle order processing, including invoicing, tracking, and managing shipment records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.
  • Reporting and Coordination:
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for various departments, including finance, HR, and management.
  • Support various teams in coordinating daily activities, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
  • Inventory Management Support:
  • Assist in maintaining inventory records, ensuring products are accurately tracked.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and assist in replenishment.
  • Handling Internal Communications:
  • Assist with internal communications between different departments to ensure workflow consistency.
  • Help manage and organize company events, meetings, and presentations as required.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence:
  • Ensure that all operations and activities are in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Requirements:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Prior experience in back-office support, administrative roles, or data management is an advantage but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with the right skill set are welcome to apply.
  • Key Skills:
