The ideal candidate should possess:Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Content Delivery:Deliver high-quality, engaging, and structured lectures to help students excel in Quantitative Aptitude.
• Student Mentorship:Take full ownership of students' performance, guiding them effectively to achieve top scores.
• Inspiration & Motivation:Instill confidence and inspire students to take competitive exams seriously.
• Operations & Coordination:Actively participate in academic operations, curriculum development, content development and test-prep strategies.

Eligibility:Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong Quantitative Aptitude with a deep understanding of problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent Communication Skills to engage and interact effectively with students.
• Must have secured 99 percentile or above in CAT (at least 2 out of the last 5 years).
• Experience in Test Prep Coaching (CAT/IPMAT/CLAT/CUET) is an added advantage.
• Passionate Educator who can take complete ownership of studentsxe2x80x99 success.

Bachelorxe2x80x99s or Masterxe2x80x99s in Engineering preferred.
