Job Title: Export Sales and Business development Manager
Experience : Minimum 5 years in international sales/export business
Location: Athwaline, Surat
Industry: Agro Products Export (Rice, Spices, Pulses, etc.)Key Responsibilities:xefx82xb7 Develop and manage international sales strategies to expand business in target regions (Middle East, Africa, Europe, etc.)
xefx82xb7 Identify, connect with, and convert importers, distributors, and B2B buyers for agro products
xefx82xb7 Generate new leads through platforms like B2B portals (Alibaba, TradeIndia, Indiamart), exhibitions, trade fairs, and LinkedIn
xefx82xb7 Manage end-to-end export sales cycle xe2x80x93 inquiry, negotiation, contract finalization, documentation, dispatch, and payment follow-up
xefx82xb7 Coordinate with logistics, CHA, banks, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
xefx82xb7 Maintain accurate records of export documentation (Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, LC, etc.)
xefx82xb7 Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in target countries
xefx82xb7 Maintain and grow existing customer relationships with excellent after-sales service
Key Skills & Qualifications:
xefx82xb7 Proven experience in international B2B sales and export documentation
xefx82xb7 Strong understanding of export compliance, Incoterms, and payment terms (LC, TT, CAD, etc.)
xefx82xb7 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
xefx82xb7 Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, CRM, email marketing, and B2B platforms
xefx82xb7 Bachelor's/Masterxe2x80x99s Degree in International Business / Marketing / Commerce / AgriBusiness
Preferred Experience:
xefx82xb7 Hands-on exposure in rice, pulses, spices, or other agro commodities
xefx82xb7 Prior dealings with buyers from UAE, Saudi Arabia, Africa, or Southeast Asia
xefx82xb7 Knowledge of APEDA, FSSAI, and DGFT norms
