Job Description

Job Summary:

The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the entire bidding process, from identifying opportunities and compiling documents to submitting competitive proposals. This role requires coordination with various departments to ensure that bid submissions are compliant, compelling, and align with company capabilities and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Identification:
• Monitor various sources (GEM, e-procurement, etc) for new tender opportunities and updates.
• Maintain a database of potential tenders/opportunities that align with the company's business interests.
• Pre-Tender Activities:
• Review tender documents and provide summary and analysis to management.
• Engage with relevant departments to assess the feasibility and risks associated with the tender.
• Maintain regular contact with stakeholders to gather necessary feedback and documentation.
• Bid Management:
• Coordinate all aspects of the bid process, including but not limited to, the collection of information, writing proposals, and reviewing legal aspects.
• Ensure all tenders are submitted accurately and on time.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive tender submission library of standard templates, documents, and credentials.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with finance, legal, procurement, and technical teams to gather required information and approvals.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop bid strategies and price proposals.
• Post-Tender Activities:
• Follow-up with clients for updates on submitted tenders.
• Understand and record feedback from rejected tenders to refine future bids.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and tender procedures.
• Maintain organized records of submitted tenders and feedback for future reference and auditing purposes.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry professionals to enhance bid submission quality and increase success rates.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, strategic opportunities, and competitor actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, or a related field.
• Previous experience in tender management, procurement, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with tender submission software or platforms is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
