Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power • Minimum 2-3 Years experience in Real Estate in Pre sales is mandatory • Should have basic knowledge of MAHARERA Rules and Regulations. • Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi • Should be able to work with a Team. • Knowledge of ERP is a must • Expertise in Promoting the products • Good at Customer follow-up • Should keep the record of Feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel) • Experience in Brand promotion tele calling would be added advantage
