Design and Development: * Create detailed mechanical designs and prototypes using CAD software.
Develop and refine mechanical components and systems, ensuring they meet design specifications and performance requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate design concepts.
Testing and Analysis: * Perform mechanical testing, including stress, thermal, and durability tests.
Analyze test data to identify issues and optimize designs for performance and reliability.
Use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and other simulation tools to predict system behavior and identify potential improvements.
Project Management: * Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
Document design processes, test results, and project milestones.
Problem-Solving: * Identify and troubleshoot engineering issues throughout the design and manufacturing processes.
Develop and implement solutions to address mechanical failures and enhance system performance.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible for production and assembly.
