As leading outsourcing partners, we are hiring for experienced Network Quality Assurance Reporting to be deployed at our client site, which is the largest provider of telecoms and mobile money services.Job Details

• Experience required- Minimum 2 years for experience in Network reporting
• Qualification- Graduation is must
• CTC bracket- maximum upto 4 LPA
• Location- Gurugram (WFO)
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days (Candidates with notice period of less than 30 days are preferred)

Mandatory Skills: Generating reports, data collection & validation, data visualization and data management.Job Responsibilities:

• Network Quality Assurance Reporting: Collaborating OpCO & Group Cross Functional Stakeholders for Data validation & reporting.
• Network Report Database management of Network KPI\'s
• MIS -Performance Management with stakeholders to collaborate & generate reports, data collection & validation
• Tools Expertise in: MS Excel, Word, PPT, BI
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly Network Experience KPI / Metrics MIS & Insight preparation
• Weekly FBNI Report & Insight generation.
• Weekly & Monthly Regulatory KPI Action Trackers.
• Quarterly Reports on Network Insights to align with Group / ExCo / AIL team\'s requirement
• Monthly ESG Report Generation on Service Quality
• Data visualization on Network Insights.
• Follow-up and support to OpCo and MS Teams.
• Automation (Good to have) and Data Management.
