As leading outsourcing partners, we are hiring for experienced IT Audits & Compliance Consultant to be deployed at our client site, which is the largest provider of telecoms and mobile money services.Job Details

• Experience Required: 5-6 years of relevant experience in IT Audits & Compliance
• Compensation Bracket: Competitive with industry standards.
• Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/Graduation in computer science or related field.
• Location: Gurugram
• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred).

Job Purpose:IT Audits & Compliance Consultant is primarily responsible for ensuring a company\'s policies and procedures comply with the relevant standards, with the prime focus on Audit Management and Execution.Job Responsibilities:Audits Management

• Responsible to coordinate with all relevant stakeholders, including MSPs to review and ensure adherence of compliance policies and processes
• Responsible to coordinate with Cross functional teams and Opcos to provide data on time and on basic challenge on data submissions and also perform data validation before sharing it with auditors.
• Monitor Audit Data Requests and formulate effective reasoning on non-compliances raised. Basic vetting of audit data e.g: duration of data, approvals etc.
• Good documentation skills like writing management responses on the observation identified.
• Need to closely liaison with cross functional teams in relation to data and queries to ensure zero non-compliance on audits
• Collating and publishing the Audit Management and Compliance dashboards
• Keep abreast of developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in IT Operations compliance control.

Partner Management

• Closely need to work with the Partners of IT Teams to monitor enforcement adherence to IT Audit Management.
