Responsibilities: 1.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with the hospital\'s mission and vision. 2.Resource Management: Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance to ensure the hospital operates within budget constraints. 3.Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve the quality of patient care, including compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. 4.Human Resources: Manage and lead the HR team and department heads, ensuring effective Recruiting, staffing, training, and development of hospital staff. 5.Marketing and Public Relations: Develop and execute marketing and public relations strategies to enhance the hospital\'s brand, attract patients, and engage with the community. 6.Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and functionality of hospital facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff. 7.Patient Experience: Enhance the patient experience by implementing best practices in patient care and services. 8.Technology and Systems: Evaluate and implement technology solutions to improve hospital operations and patient care. 9.Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure the hospital complies with all relevant healthcare regulations and maintains accreditation from
governing bodies. 10.Emergency Response: Develop and maintain disaster and emergency response plans to ensure the safety of patients and staff in critical situations. 11.Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community, patients, and other stakeholders. 12.Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures.
