- Experince Required-
- Mandatory 10 years of experience in Life Insurance Industry
- Team Leading experience of 4 to 5 years
- Job Location- Noida
- CTC bracket- Up to 11 LPA
- Educational Qualification- Any Graduate
- Frequent job hoppers will not be considered
- Identify, interview and select sales manager with support from HR.
- To meet the following productivity measures for the unit: Premium per manager, case rate, persistency, retention and a high % of managers exceeding planned productivity standards
- Exceed revenue targets
- Undertake joint field work with managers and observe / demonstrate successful selling skills
