Designation - Jr. BIM Architect
Purpose :
To support the architectural and engineering teams by developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) that enhance project accuracy, coordination, and efficiency.
The Junior BIM Architect ensures that the BIM processes and models are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to the successful delivery of construction projects.
Scope :The Junior BIM Architect's responsibilities encompass the development, maintenance, and quality assurance of BIM models across various stages of the project lifecycle.
This role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of design requirements and adherence to industry standards.
This role offers an opportunity for professional growth and development, allowing junior architects to gain practical experience in computer aided (BIM) Architectural design, project management, and collaboration.

1 . BIM Model Development and Maintenance
