Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring a

knowledgeable and experienced Account Executive

to join our Tours & Travels company in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should be proficient in financial management, share market accounting, and taxation processes, with the ability to join immediately. If you have expertise in banking transactions, taxation compliance, and daily financial operations, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage individual accounting for share markets and financial transactions efficiently. Handle banking operations, including cheque issuance, NEFT, and RTGS transactions, with manual preparation as required. Perform accurate daily data entry and maintain financial records. Oversee taxation processes, including TDS, Income Tax, and Advance Tax compliance. Ensure timely payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Collaborate with internal teams for audits and compliance. Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and taxation policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum

Graduation

in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience

in accounting, preferably in the tours & travels industry. Strong knowledge of

banking procedures, taxation laws, and financial compliance.

Proficiency in

accounting software

and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
