We are now looking for an experienced Upwork bidder to help expand our client base and streamline project management.

We are seeking a professional with 1+ years of experience managing Upwork personal and agency accounts . The selected candidate will play a key role in acquiring new clients and ensuring smooth communication and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Job Selection : Identify and prioritize suitable job postings on Upwork based on our services and expertise.

2. Proposal Writing : Craft personalized, high-quality proposals that align with client requirements and our services.

3. Follow-Up : Maintain timely follow-ups with potential clients to secure projects.

4. Project Assignment : Coordinate with the SEO team to assign new projects effectively.

5. Client Communication : Keep clients updated with regular weekly or monthly progress reports.

6. Account Management : Maintain the Upwork account, ensuring a professional profile and active presence.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Upwork bidder or similar role.

- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork.

- Strong understanding of SEO services and deliverables.

- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

- Experience in preparing detailed client reports is a plus.
