We are seeking a highly motivated

Upwork Bidder

who will be responsible for generating business from platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant portals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, an understanding of digital marketing services, and a strategic approach to acquiring new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements. Maintain a high conversion rate by engaging effectively with potential clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business opportunities. Stay updated with industry trends to identify potential business areas. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, Web Development, Content Marketing, etc.). Ability to write customized, persuasive proposals. Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelancing portals. Good negotiation skills and client-handling experience (preferred but not mandatory for freshers). Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
