We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by bidding on freelance platforms and client portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. This role requires excellent communication skills, a knack for persuasive proposal writing, and a solid understanding of client requirements to secure projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Platform Engagement: Actively bid on relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru to secure contracts for the company.
• Proposal Writing: Craft clear, customized, and competitive proposals based on client requirements to increase project acquisition rates.
• Client Communication: Engage and follow up with potential clients, answer pre-bid queries, and build strong client relationships to secure deals.
• Requirement Analysis: Understand client needs, gather requirements, and communicate these effectively to the technical team for project execution.
• Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, assess client needs, and determine project scopes on various freelance platforms.
• Sales Targets: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing updates to management on bid statuses and conversion rates.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to enhance bidding strategies and develop a competitive edge.
