We are a premier UPSC coaching institution committed to delivering high-quality education and comprehensive guidance to civil service aspirants. We are looking for a passionate and experienced History Faculty to join our team and help students excel in the History segment of the UPSC syllabus.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Delivery: Teach Ancient, Medieval, Modern Indian History, and World History as per the UPSC syllabus for Prelims and Mains.

Material Creation: Develop concise, easy-to-understand notes, handouts, and practice questions tailored to the UPSC examination pattern.

Current Affairs Integration: Relate historical events to current affairs where relevant, enhancing analytical understanding for students.

Answer-Writing Practice: Conduct workshops to improve students' answer-writing skills for Mains.

Test Series: Design and evaluate history-based mock tests with constructive feedback.

Mentorship: Provide one-on-one guidance to students on preparation strategies and study plans.

Skills

He/She should be able to

Design and update the History curriculum for UPSC exams, ensuring it is comprehensive and aligned with the latest UPSC syllabus and exam trends.

Deliver engaging and effective lectures, covering all aspects of the History syllabus for both the preliminary and main examinations.

Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to students, helping them understand complex economic concepts and develop effective study strategies.

Should have strong knowledge of historical events, historiography, and their relevance to UPSC.

He/She should have excellent communication, storytelling ability to make history engaging, and a student-focused approach.
