Job Description

Qualification Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

To provide service and maintenance of UPS systems as well as Installing, diagnosing and repairing existing system. This position will provide a high level of technical support to external customers while working under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Attend UPS & Battery Service calls.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, service and repairs.
• Provide technical support to external customers at their location.
• Interface with cross functional work teams such as customer support/services.
• Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
• Submit Field Service Report on regular basis.
• Maintain necessary reports.
• Responsible for day-to-day assigned technical support.

Skills Required :

• Basic knowledge of industry trends within Power systems, AC/DC applications, DC to DC applications, Power Mechanical applications, Power System Applications, Configurable Power, Batteries, and other products.
• Provide on-site installation, preventive maintenance & breakdown services to customers.

To be ready to travel to any place on short notice to attend service calls and should carry a valid Driver's license.

Preferred candidate profile.
Min 2-4 years of relevant experience
