•The primary focus of this role is to ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and excellent technical service support and to extend all the necessary support to achieve the regional / branch level service business target and collection. .•
Roles & Responsibilities:
? To ensure the given complaint / call is completed.

? To attend the Preventive Maintenance calls and Minor calls

? To carry out the major installation and commissioning as per the departmental procedure.

? For repeat Breakdown calls/major escalation calls, PCBE engineers will visit the site and will rectify the PCB's.

? Responsible to bring down the % of customer complaints and spares consumption by proper failure analysis and by taking necessary corrective and preventive actions.

? To ensure the payment is collected immediately after the installation as per the PO terms and submit the collection details to the coordinator. If the payment is to be collected at other branch, the service engineer has to ensure the IC is sent to the respective location with a copy to HO.

? To ensure the measuring instruments are calibrated and all items are available in the tool kit.

? To assist the service manager in follow up related activities(for break down closures/order booking/collection)

? Responsible to complete and update any pending installations, break down calls etc.

? Responsible to attend all the breakdown calls, PMs and installation as allotted to them and give proper feedback on all customer complaints to service manager or coordinator for needful action.

? To collect the customer feedback from all the customers. The same is forwarded to HO through the Service Coordinators.

? Partial responsible to submit AMC & battery order forms and payment collection support the region/branch to achieve the business targets.

? Responsible for site preparation, installation and commissioning of higher kVA UPS & ensure IC/SNR/PIR is being sent to HO installation immediate after the completion of the work.

? Responsible to meet the customer for other activities like AMC renewal, any further requirements in coordination with local AMC team and understand the customer's problems fully and communicate to the service manager.

To ensure the battery replacement cases are brought to the notice of the managers on daily basis..

Qualifications, Role Specific Knowledge and Experience

? Bachelor degree in Engineering (BE) / Diploma in Electrical/Electronics.

? Relevant work experience of 0- 1 years.

? Previous experience within the Power Electronic Industry is desired

? Highly proficient & strong commitment toward Customer Service.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
